TENNIS

I have a national tennis certificate (France) and a USPTR (USA) certificate and for a number of years I have been developing a personal approach to tennis linking these two different approaches to training here where I work in the heart of the Alpilles in Saint Rémy de Provence.

Throughout the year our team of state certified coaches provide :
-Individual tennis lessons
-Group tennis lessons
-Tennis courses for children (half day or campus style full day).

In 2 special places :
-Le Château des Alpilles: clay, hard court, pool, restaurant…
-Auberge Saint Roumierenco : hard court, pool (new aqua gym course), restaurant…

Also year round individual tennis lessons at home or at your hotet :
-beginners
-recreational tennis
-competition level

Half-Day Tennis Courses over 5 Days

(Technical work, tactics, end of course tournament)

Monday to Friday from 10.30 to 12.30
(17.30 to 20.00 depending on demand and the number of participants)
Price/ 120 Euros per child per week.

Leisure Activities

Half day Activities (afternoon)*

Canoeing –accrobranch – flying trapeze

Choose your activity and spend a fun afternoon experiencing new sensations.

13.30h TO 17.00* (4 children minimum)
Price: 75 Euros per child per activity
State-registered monitors will attend the children.
(Transport provided but not billed)

*times may vary depending on the activities involved.

CAMPUS formula

The CAMPUS formula combines half-day tennis courses in the morning (120 Euros per child per day) and leisure activities in the afternoon.

1 activity in the week (-10%): 67.50 Euros per child per activity
Package of 3 activities (- 20%): 180 Euros per child for 3activities per week.

Other Leisure Activities (on request)

Go carting, stand up paddle, paintball, wind cart, rock climbing…

We organise full day or half-day activities combining sport, fun and exploration of our region.

Nordic Walking

A fun and pleasant way of keeping fit. Walking with sticks is good for oxygenation and cardio training, it uses all the muscle groups and burns up the calories! Various circuits and group outings available all with a trainer.
